彩鋼夾芯板在安裝之前應盡可能保留出廠時的包裝，宜存放于室內。如堆放在室外，堆放地點應平整，不得有積水且上空不應有起重設備和重物經過，板下用墊木墊高20cm，板與板之間要放置軟性材料，同型號的板放置在一起，每垛板上應有易于識別的板型標簽，并覆蓋防雨油布。堆放場地應設置臨時圍擋，避免人員走動造成板材不必要的損壞。

搬運板材時應兩頭同時抬起，以免損壞表面氧化膜或涂層。安裝墻面板時，每次只能起吊1塊板，應采用廠家提供的專用夾具在墻板長度方向的拼接處2點起吊墻板。起吊過程中要緩慢進行，要用風繩加以控制，避免與已安裝的墻板磕碰，腳手架突出部位用軟性材料包裹。

夾芯板的固定主要有2種方式：一種是自攻螺釘穿過墻板直接固定在墻面次結構上。另一種方式是自攻螺釘通過連接件間接與墻面次結構連接。

幕墻板安裝精度：立面垂直度2mm，表面平整度3mm，接縫平直度0.5mm.安裝時應按廠方提供的技術手冊嚴格執行。

耐候膠的使用

在固定收邊板和泛水板的同時，必須用耐候膠嵌縫密封，防止氣體滲透和雨水滲漏。嵌縫耐候膠注膠時應注意：
